Masuria hill & Masuria garden is Located atop Masuria hill amidst the Jodhpur main city, Masuria garden is one of the finest and famous gardens of Jodhpur. Most striking feature of the garden is that from here one can see the beautiful panorama of the city. View of blue houses amidst the golden desert colors the cityscape. The garden is quite popular amongst the devotees because here one can see a centuries-old temple dedicated to Baba Ramdev, a local deity. Machiya Safari Park Machia Biological Park was conceptualized in the year 1982-83. It is located 8 kms away from Jodhpur railway station on the western side of Jodhpur. This park is basically the satellite zoo of old heritage zoo of Jodhpur. Machia Biological Park has an area of 41 ha. out of 604 ha area of Machia Forest Block. Legal status of Machia forest block is Protected Forest notified vide notification no. II9 (6) forest/90 dated 01-07-1990 under the Rajasthan Forest Act 1953. Machia Biological Park will also create the awareness on the importance of conservation of flora and fauna for the benefit of the future generation in addition to the conservation of gene pool of the endangered species of wild animals of the region.
Mandor Garden, Before the foundation of Jodhpur was laid,Mandore was established capital of the old Marwar Kingdom. Just 9 Km. away, Mandore is fascinating complex of sprawling gardens, massive cenotaphs, temples, ruins and sculpture. The several cenotaphs is memory of the Jodhpur Maharajas are intricately carved, peaked, temple - like structures, with entirely sculpted facades. Gods, goddesses, animals, lotuses, adorn the walls and pillars of old yellow sandstone.
